I have now been on the fatloss4idiots
diet for 11 days and have lost 6 1/2 pounds. I am very happy
with that, especially since I have not exercised or done any walking.
I am constantly on the go and never had the time. I truly believe
this has changed my seemingly non-existent metabolism! I don’t have
late night cravings like I did before. I know I have lost weight
because my clothes are loose. I have had comments from people who
don’t know I’m dieting…”how
much weight have you lost?”
I have a very hectic life and a 5 year old son…need I say more.
As I’ve mentioned before I feel great and have a lot of energy.
I like the simplicity of this diet,
and it’s healthy. I don’t have to weigh or measure anything and
there is no limit to the amount I eat. I am eating until I’m satisfied
and have not had any cravings.
Hi, this is the 8th day of the fatloss4idiots
diet and i have lost 9 lbs already. this is the longest i have ever
been on a diet without cheating! I really haven't been starving
at all.
Hi all, I am new here. Just wanted to say I started fatloss4idiots
(fatloss4idiots) on Tuesday, I am on my 4th day and have lost 5lbs!
I just finished first 11
day diet go round yesterday. I am totally thrilled! I lost 8
lbs. I could barely believe it when I weighed myself this morning.
I went from a size 22/24 to a size 16 in pants and 14/16 in tops.
I had to try on 20 pairs of jeans because I kept on tring 18s and
they didn't look right...stupid me, they were too big! One of the
16s I brought home and tried on for my husband, he said they were
too big. Bless his heart!!! This is a huge thing for me I haven't
worn a size 16 since before my oldest was born 10yrs ago. So keep
it up, the results will show!
I also agree that this is the easiest diet
I've ever been on. I'm not eating any less than I was before. It's
amazing how this diet has
jump started my metabolism! I'm also fitting into clothes that I
haven't been able to wear in a long time.
I went to the store. I figured since I lost 10 lbs I could treat
myself. While shopping on the clearance rack I found the cutest
sexiest dress for only $5.00 yes $5.00! I wore it the next day to
work and everyone went nuts over it. It made me feel good about
myself. Thanks fatloss4idiots!
